If you live in an area where they deliver there's literally no reason not to use them over of lugging your stuff down the block to a laundromat. “Friendly and easy...I've been looking for a laundry service that didn't involve giving my keys away or being home at odd hours. Rinse texts me on regular pick up days and drop off days and asks if I'll be home. The hours are usually when we are all home 8-10. If I want to skip a week, I skip a week. Then they actively check in as to when I need another pick up. And when I text the number that texts me, a person responds! Also, it charges my CC which is amazing. No more looking for cash or quarters. I hope RINSE is here to stay!”
