We are committed to excellence. We know what it takes to provide superior cleaning quality because we have decades of experience doing just that - one of our founders even grew up in the dry cleaning business. Rinse works with local cleaning partners who are carefully vetted and selected based on their ability to provide a consistent level of quality in the industry.

We are transparent with our services and pricing. You’ll get an exact list of everything we picked up for Dry Cleaning, including photos of each item, so you’ll always know what we’re taking care of, and how much it will cost. No surprises.

We are proactive with our communication. We’ll reach out to you if we anticipate any issues with your garments. Our partners and internal team have years of experience in the science of dry cleaning and laundry, even with the most difficult items and the toughest stains. There will be times when we cannot clean an item. When this happens, we’ll let you know immediately.

We re-clean any item for free. If you’re not satisfied with the cleaning of your clothes, we’ll send a Valet back to your door to pick up your clothes and re-clean them -  free of charge.

We reimburse the full value of any lost or damaged items. We know how important your clothes are, and we do everything we can to care for them and return them to you in great shape. In the rare instance that an item goes missing or is damaged during the cleaning process, we will work with you to provide reimbursement for the full value of that item, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
