Please note slight shrinkage is a common outcome for many types of fabrics. Rinse always cleans in cold water and utilizes a medium dry cycle. While our service optimizes for water usage, and features highly-trained attendants to provide the best care to your clothing, there otherwise is nothing fundamentally different about our process which would cause shrinkage to an item differently than if washed at home. Such shrinkage is often due to: the type and quality of the fabric, the age of the garment, and the construction of the garment. The same is true for holes and tears. Some garments, as they age, will experience the development of tiny holes or tears through the laundering process. This would happen to the garment no matter where it was laundered. For this reason, shrinkage, holes, and tears are not considered damage from Wash and Fold, and are normal wear and tear. This is not something that Rinse is liable for under our Rinse Guarantee.
