We offer laundry pickup and laundry drop off services. Get your laundry returned to you washed and crisply folded - we even pair your socks!

Before cleaning, we’ll check your pockets for loose items, separate lights and darks, and never wash or dry your items with anyone else’s. We wash with cold water and dry on medium heat before neatly folding each item.

You can even set your cleaning preferences, like detergent type and fabric softener, from your account.

Why I love rinse: Friendly delivery folks, responsible (have never damaged my clothes), receiving a bag of beautifully folded laundry is like Christmas! The folks are so good about arriving within the time windows, time windows are convenient, there's an awesome article about how spending money on things that buy you back time makes you happier and Rinse does this. SF laundry is a mess of carrying your clothes down gross city streets, using a shared dryer and having to be present for 2 hours of chores- why not outsource this to launder fairies at Rinse and then spend that time sleeping, reading and adventuring!!! ❤️

  • It’s super convenient. I can order day of until 5pm, Rinse always works with me if I need to reschedule a drop off or even will come later if I’m not home yet for the original scheduled time. There are no penalties for rescheduling or cancelling. The reminders and notifications are perfectly scheduled so I am always informed but not annoyed.
