Rinse texts me on regular pick up days and drop off days and asks if I'll be home. The hours are usually when we are all home 8-10. If I want to skip a week, I skip a week. Then they actively check in as to when I need another pick up. And when I text the number that texts me, a person responds! Also, it charges my CC which is amazing.
