The clothes are returned neatly folded and often grouped by item, which is....awesome. Folding laundry is my least favorite part, LOL! You can also request next day service for an upcharge which is nice if you're on a time crunch! Leonardo has serviced my delivery location and has been exceptional! So nice and very efficient.”
