“Attention to detail is excellent. Giving a 2 hour time frame for deliveries/pick ups from 8 pm-10 pm is good, but the following up text at 7 pm narrowing the time to 15 minutes increments is great! You take the inconvenience out of waiting around as much as you can”

The folks are so good about arriving within the time windows, time windows are convenient, there's an awesome article about how spending money on things that buy you back time makes you happier and Rinse does this. SF laundry is a mess of carrying your clothes down gross city streets, using a shared dryer and having to be present for 2 hours of chores- why not outsource this to launder fairies at Rinse and then spend that time sleeping, reading and adventuring!!! ❤️”
