“Easy, automated, and I don't have to be home for pick ups and deliveries. My husband would say it's a good service because he doesn't have to talk to a human to use it. Ha! You can do both wash and fold (which I need on occasion) and dry cleaning. ”

“Attention to detail is excellent. Giving a 2 hour time frame for deliveries/pick ups from 8 pm-10 pm is good, but the following up text at 7 pm narrowing the time to 15 minutes increments is great! You take the inconvenience out of waiting around as much as you can”
