“It’s super convenient. I can order day of until 5pm, Rinse always works with me if I need to reschedule a drop off or even will come later if I’m not home yet for the original scheduled time. There are no penalties for rescheduling or cancelling. The reminders and notifications are perfectly scheduled so I am always informed but not annoyed.”

“Attention to detail is excellent. Giving a 2 hour time frame for deliveries/pick ups from 8 pm-10 pm is good, but the following up text at 7 pm narrowing the time to 15 minutes increments is great! You take the inconvenience out of waiting around as much as you can”
