“Best thing since slice bread! In all honesty, I can't believe I have not used them till now. Nicest delivery folks ever, come to my door - take my bag of laundry and bring it back and folded better then I ever could do and smelling amazing! I love that they pick up and drop off at night as this was the only time I could guarantee I'd be around which I'm pretty sure was a deliberate tactic on their part. I get a text at 7 pm telling about when to expect the driver and who it will be and can track how many deliveries before me in real time before they will arrive.”

“Convenience, time frame, quality of items returned and I appreciate the photos in the email depicting exactly what was sent and how many times it was dry cleaned. I have also had really good experiences with the alterations. I only wish Rinse could start doing tailoring.”
