“Rinse is convenient and the service is quality. I like being able to communicate by text, and I like that I can schedule a pickup at any time and can add or relive certain services as needed. The people have all been courteous and the clothes are never shrunk or damaged and always clean and nicely folded. The price is well worth how much of my life I got back not having to do laundry myself!”

“I've been using Rinse since I moved back to Chicago in July, and they have been absolutely amazing. The drivers are super responsive and flexible. There have been a number of times in which I haven't been home when they were coming by to drop things off and it's been super easy to communicate with them via text and figure out where the best drop-off location is. It really couldn't be easier, and the quality is always great!!”

I've hand washed them and they don't come out with that kind of bounce and texture. They left me with awesome sturdy bags for the next round of laundry and dry cleaning. I'm already packing them.
