WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
As the Operations Manager, you will be in charge of the success of our driver and delivery logistics across all our markets. This includes managing a recruiting team, maturing our training and onboarding process, developing performance management processes, and building a community that our Valets love to be a part of. You will need to maintain a high quality talent pool and foster incredible customer experience in the face of rapid growth. This job requires an analytical mindset, the ability to lead and manage a team while also being able to work and thrive independently, and a laser focus on execution and getting things done.
YOU...
- Have 5+ years work experience in a highly analytical and/or operational environment.
- Will report directly to Rinse's Director of Operations and will be responsible for growth, retention, and efficiency targets.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative with limited resources, and can multi-task with the best of them.
- Have experience training, managing, and motivating high-caliber individuals, preferably in a remote work environment.
