Rinse is building the first and largest national, and eventually global, brand in clothing care. We're taking on a massive consumer problem and creating a significantly better dry cleaning and laundry experience through the combination of "smart scheduling" and best-in-class quality, all supported by a strong technology backbone.
We launched in 2013 and are currently in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., Chicago, and Boston, with plans to launch multiple new markets in 2018. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL...
- Be a core member of a small dedicated team driven by ensuring the highest quality experience for our customers.
- Work side by side with the operations team, you will be responsible for managing the daily out-of-workflow customer issues in our San Francisco warehouse.
- Oversee the life cycle of active customer issues, including documentation, internal investigation, and problem solving.
- Maintain strong partnership and communications with our customer service team, operations, valets, and cleaning partners.
- Have the flexibility to identify and implement creative solutions to customers’ requests.
- Push yourself and the team to continually improve our processes and services.

- Highly detailed, you are passionate about helping people and love problem solving.
- Have proven ability to craft communications to a variety of audiences with impeccable writing skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to consistently make good decisions in ambiguity.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-based environment.
- Must be flexible with scheduling. This is a full time job that requires weekends.
