Palo Alto is a relatively young community as it was formally settled a little more than 100 years ago. The city gets its name from the tall, grand, redwood trees that are prevalent throughout the area, particularly near the coastal areas.

In addition to being part of Silicon Valley, Palo Alto is also home to Stanford University. Stanford was first established in 1885 by California senator, Leland Stanford, and it has been a centerpiece of the city ever since as downtown Palo Alto is only a short walk from campus.

No need to be home during pickup or delivery

Rinse picks up and delivers between 8pm and 10pm since that's when most people are home and because limiting our pickup and delivery hours helps us keep our prices comparable to your local cleaner! We understand that time doesn't work for everybody, which is why we'll pick up and deliver right from your doorstep or concierge. We’ll even send a picture confirmation. Just let our Customer Care team know you’re interested in ‘Rinse Drop’ by emailing [email protected], texting RINSE (746-73), or change your preferences directly in your account settings.

You can track your Valet so you can better plan your night.

On the evening of your scheduled Rinse, you'll always receive a text message that tells you when we are coming and includes a link where you can track your Valet's progress. You can just click on the link to see how many stops they have before yours so you can better plan your night.
