We're taking on a massive consumer problem and creating a significantly better dry cleaning and laundry experience through the combination of "smart scheduling" and best-in-class quality, all supported by a strong technology backbone. ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Product Manager, you will be directly responsible for a well-loved consumer product used across six metropolitan areas, with more on the way. You'll work cross-functionally with a strong team of product managers, engineers, designers, marketers, operations managers, and senior leadership. You'll have significant agency and visibility, working across our product, from customer-facing mobile apps to back-end warehouse tools.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL...

Work closely with other stakeholders to define changes and additions to our prodcut that would ave meaningful business impact and attractive return on investment.

Perform rigorous analyses and create clear verbal, written, and graphic evidence to support data-driven decision making.

Collaborate with our design team to iteratively refine product vision while facilitating design velocity and managing mockup fidelity.

Create and maintain documentation to support software development efforts.

Support acceptance testing and the change management associated with feature releases.

Collaborate with marketing, communications, and customer service teams to ensure good rapport with our customers.

Conduct surveys, studies, and interviews to further Rinse's understanding of our customers, product, and market.
