WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a Customer Claims Associate that is passionate, detail-focused, and motivated to provide amazing service to join our Customer Opeartions team. Your primary role will be to work closely with our customers, operations, and vendor teams to analyse and resolve customer issues. We are developing an amazing team and product, and want someone who is excited to strengthen our foundation as we expand nationally.

YOU...

  • Have worked 4+ years in a customer-facing role.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Demonstrate skills such as investigation, negotiation, decision-making, and strategic planning.
  • Have strong attention to detail and are comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced team-oriented work environment.
